This chairside periodontal patient education guide is designed to help you communicate common oral conditions to your patients while using your professional guidance to provide treatment options.
It is based on the Classification of Periodontal and Peri-Implant Diseases and Conditions proceedings of the World Workshop jointly held by AAP and EFP 2017.
These in-depth case studies have been designed specifically for dental hygiene students. Each case includes the patient documentation (Patient History and Periodontal Charting) and images (Radiographs and Intraoral images). Above all, our hope is that these cases will provide insights into the complex issues involved in patient care.
